User Data Deletion

If you wish to delete personal data associated with your account at Atelier Blue Marine, please contact us using one of the methods below.

How to request deletion

Include the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address or phone number associated with your account.

What will be deleted

  • Your customer record (name, contact details, addresses)
  • Your marketing contact details (email, SMS, WhatsApp opt-ins)
  • Any account-bound data not required to be kept for tax / legal reasons

Order history may be retained for the period required by Kuwaiti commercial law, in pseudonymized form where possible.

Response time

We respond within 7 business days and confirm deletion in writing.
