Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Atelier Blue Marine. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

Processing Time

Every piece is carefully prepared in our atelier. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before being handed to the courier. Orders placed on Fridays and public holidays in Kuwait are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Order Confirmation & Shipment Updates

We do not currently provide a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, we will confirm by WhatsApp or email. If you would like an update on where your piece is at any point, simply message us on WhatsApp at +965 99592234 and we will check for you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside Kuwait, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unreachable, or customs fees were refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
