🚚 Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Inside Kuwait: 2–5 business days.
  • GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 5–10 business days.
  • Other Arab countries: 7–14 business days.
  • International shipping: 10–21 business days.
  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is free inside Kuwait for orders over 50 KD. For other orders and destinations, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number?
We don't currently provide tracking numbers. We'll confirm by WhatsApp or email as soon as your order ships, and if you'd like an update on where your piece is, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll check for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of confirmation, as long as it hasn't entered production. Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

📏 Sizes & Custom Design

How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide available on every product page, or send us your measurements (bust, length, shoulder) on WhatsApp and we'll help you pick the perfect piece.

What if I'm between two sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size for the most comfortable fit, especially for dara'a pieces.

Can I order a custom-made piece?
Yes — custom tailoring is one of our specialties. When adding the product to your cart, you'll find a field to enter your measurements or any special requests. Custom pieces require additional production time, which varies by design.

Can custom pieces be exchanged or returned?
Custom-made pieces (with special measurements or requested modifications) cannot be exchanged or returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.

💳 Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

  • KNET (inside Kuwait).
  • Visa and Mastercard.
  • Apple Pay.
  • Coming soon: Tabby and Tamara for installment payments.

Is online payment secure?
Yes — all transactions are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We never store your card details on our site.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes — if you have an active discount code, enter it in the "Discount code" field at checkout.

🔄 Exchange & Returns

What is your exchange policy?

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The piece must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags.
  • The invoice or order number is required.

When are exchanges not accepted?

  • Custom-made pieces.
  • Pieces that have been used or washed.
  • Pieces purchased during sales or special offers.
  • Perfumes and personal items.

When can I request a refund?
Refunds are only accepted if the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or if you received a different item than what you ordered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How long does a refund take?
We review returns within 5–7 business days of receiving the item, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

🧺 Garment Care

How do I wash a dara'a?
We recommend dry cleaning to protect the fabric and embroidery. Avoid machine washing and bleach.

How should I store my piece?
Hang it on a hanger in a dry place away from direct sunlight. To preserve the embroidery, avoid folding it for long periods.

Do dara'a pieces need ironing?
Iron on low heat from the inside, or use a light steamer to refresh the fabric without touching the embroidery directly.

Who is the designer?
Kuwaiti designer Khadija Elomari, founder of Atelier Blue Marine since 2005. We create unique, handcrafted pieces with a contemporary heritage touch.

Where are the pieces made?
All our pieces are designed and made in Kuwait — "Designed in Kuwait, made with love."

Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Atelier Blue Marine is an online-only brand — we don't have a physical showroom. You can browse and order our full collection on our website, and if you have any question about a piece, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you personally.
